The first one does not list any prerequisites, however the second one says this: "Notes: the VGA must has TV out directly through VGA port function. In the item's description, it says that the PC's VGA card must support TV out directly through VGA port function. My laptop does indeed have a VGA port, but how can I figure out. I want to know if my VGA card supports TV out directly through VGA port function.
